» Submit Copy of Transcript of legalized original 2 pieces. | | For Transfer Students:
» Submit Copy of diploma / STTB SLTA legalized original 2 pieces.
» Submit Transcript of Origin legalized Campus original 2 pieces.
» Moving Certificate (From Campus of Origin). | | Submit recent photographs of size 2 x 3, 3 x 4, 4 x 6 (5 pieces each) - be followed | | Bring stamp IDR 6,000 (1 piece). |
